Huntsman Architectural Group

White & Case
White & Case's San Francisco office advised clients involved in a wide range of industries, including technology, energy, telecommunications, consumer products and consulting companies, as well as banks, broker-dealers and mutual fund companies. Huntsman designed new offices for White & Case at 3 Embarcadero Center where the law firm moved from temporary offices at 2 Embarcadero Center and One Market Street. The design team worked on the office design in three phases as space on the 21st floor became available. Huntsman provided pre-design services such as space planning and programming, full design services from schematics to construction documents and construction administration services.

The White & Case project was part of the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED® Certification Pilot Program for Commercial Interiors. The LEED® Green Building Rating System for Commercial Interiors addresses performance areas including the selection of sustainable tenant space, efficiency of water usage, energy performance optimization including lighting and controls, resource utilization for building systems and furnishings, and indoor air quality. White & Case was committed to environmental stewardship and resource efficiency on the project while adhering to its strict budget and accelerated schedule.
