For over 15 years Karen has led many of the firm’s significant workplace projects, guiding clients through strategy, visioning, and design to create spaces that reflect their brand and culture. As a LEED, WELL, CID and NCIDQ Accredited Professional, her progressive approach to design explicitly focuses on sustainability and user wellness and considers equity, inclusion, and diversity as a basis for a client’s positive business strategy.
A native of Sydney, Australia, Karen has found inspiration from traveling and the adventure of discovering the unique cultures that equally inform her approach to designing spaces for people.
