Damir is a Registered Architect and Technical Director whose 20+ years span workplace, commercial, and mixed-use projects across national and international markets. He leads with both precision and purpose, as invested in mentoring the next generation of designers as he is in the technical excellence and sustainable outcomes that define his work. Damir has a talent for aligning teams around shared goals while keeping design quality and client trust at the center of every decision. Outside the office, he is a co-founder of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian Film Festival in New York City where he serves as Executive Director.
