Since joining the firm in 1999, Alison has led the design of many of the firm’s award-winning projects using a thoughtful and balanced approach focused on creating inspiring environments that reflect the client’s individuality and brand. An inclusive project leader, Alison maintains strong client and colleague relationships, and creates dynamic and relevant designs that are conscientious of their impact on the end user, the community, and the environment.

Fascinated by finely crafted ceramics and hand-made wares since childhood, Alison translates a high level of attention to detail into the creation of unique interior environments.
