Nicole Everett NCIDQ LEED AP ID+C
Principal
Nicole Everett, NCIDQ LEED AP ID+C, elevated to Principal, is a thoughtful and visionary leader with a focus on design, project management, and operational excellence. A certified Interior Designer, Nicole spearheaded some of the firm’s largest projects, including Uber’s San Francisco Campus, exemplifying her commitment to sustainability and client advocacy. As Principal, Nicole will continue to shape the firm’s Operations and Human Resources policies to ensure an inclusive company culture and focus on the firm’s continued growth through her active mentorship of others.


Brita Everett AIA LEED AP
Associate Principal
Promoted to Associate Principal, architect Brita Everett, AIA LEED AP, is an exemplary leader in project management, design strategy, and sustainability practices, focusing on workplace, residential, and building repositioning sectors for key clients including Hines and Moody's. Her approach is rooted in a clear understanding of business drivers, operational practices, and brand identity. Brita extends her passion for sustainable design, urban planning, and community development to her work as a writer and educator.
Iris Chan AIA LEED AP
Associate Principal
Promoted to Associate Principal, architect Iris Chan, AIA LEED AP, brings over two decades of design and project management expertise to transformative workplace and building repositioning projects for clients including Delta Delta, Manulife/John Hancock, Genesys, and Presidio Bay Ventures. As her client’s partner and advocate, Iris' creative problem-solving skills, along with her commitment to technical excellence, sustainability, and human-centric spaces, consistently deliver outstanding results.


Ashley Greenwald IIDA Fitwel
Senior Associate
Promoted to Senior Associate, Ashley Greenwald, IIDA, Fitwel, brings 18 years of experience as a registered interior designer and a recognized leader in the San Francisco design community. Ashley has demonstrated her versatility across both commercial and residential sectors on notable projects for Fenwick, DIVCOWEST, and Morgan Creek Ventures. A Board Member of the Northern California Chapter of IIDA and actively involved in CoreNet, Ashley is focused on shaping the future of the interior design profession.
Patrycja Dragan Architect
Senior Associate
Patrycja Dragan, architect, promoted to Senior Associate, has been instrumental in driving client success through her dedication to innovation and to excellence in technical project delivery. Experienced in corporate workplace, luxury retail, and building repositioning projects, Patrycja is a member of the firm’s Quality Assurance committee. Her creativity, attention to detail, and collaborative approach have ensured successful project outcomes for notable clients including Horsley Bridge Partners, DivcoWest, and Uber.


Jamie Cavalier RID IIDA Fitwel
Associate
Jamie Cavalier, RID, IIDA, Fitwel, Promoted to Associate, brings 15 years of interior design expertise with a focus on workplace, healthcare, and building repositioning. Jamie‘s collaborative problem-solving skills and creative approach to technical challenges consistently deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Her commitment to excellence extends to her industry leadership as a past-President of IIDA's Illinois Chapter.
Racquel Feliciano

With over 15 years of administrative experience, Racquel Feliciano, promoted to Associate, is an essential member of Huntsman’s operations team. In addition to serving as the firm’s Human Resources coordinator, Racquel provides support in the areas of finance and office management. With a passion for helping others, she brings an informed perspective and versatile skillset to her multi-faceted role.

Promoted to Associate, Tom Minieri, AIA, has nearly 10 years of experience in the profession. Tom has made significant contributions to a diverse range of projects including building repositioning and workplace design. As a technical team leader, he supports creative ideas with technically sound and buildable solutions. Tom's expertise in project development, from visioning to construction administration, ensures effective architectural solutions are aligned with each client’s vision.
