Leading the firm’s financial management, Susan oversees long-range business planning as well as day-to-day record-keeping. She represents the firm in its accounting, banking, and legal relationships. As part of the Board of Directors, she has been instrumental in creating the firm’s ESOP program as well as in directing strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, project performance, market analysis, ownership transition and corporate governance. Her prior experience as a project director enhances her ability to align financial planning with the unique demands of the practice. Having joined the firm in 1985, Susan holds a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Oregon.
