Greg Dumont LEED AP
Senior Associate
Greg Dumont has been promoted to Senior Associate. An Architect and technical leader with 21 years at Huntsman, Greg has partnered with clients including Pixar, Kaiser Permanente, and YouTube across the entertainment, healthcare, technology, and corporate sectors. He has developed specialized expertise in entertainment and production environments, including recording studios, theaters, and screening rooms, as well as hospitality and gathering spaces. A LEED Accredited Professional, Greg is known for his authenticity with clients and his ability to translate design ideas into buildable space. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Nebraska.

Meaghan Regnart CID
Associate
Meaghan Regnart has been promoted to Associate. A California Certified Interior Designer with 12 years at Huntsman, Meaghan brings expertise across a range of projects from workplace to building repositioning. Her key clients include a national retail bank, BXP, and DivcoWest. Meaghan is known for her design eye and the care she brings to client relationships as a dependable partner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from San Francisco State University.

Julia Rubert NCIDQ WELL AP
Associate
Julia Rubert has been promoted to Associate. Julia brings expertise across the commercial office, building repositioning, and retail banking sectors. She supports projects from visioning through construction administration for clients including Uber, Flagstar Bank, and Shorenstein. Julia is a WELL Accredited Professional and was named to Interior Design magazine's 30 Under 30 New York class in 2025. Julia is known for championing her clients' vision, and views design as a means of choreographing how people engage with a space. She is active in sustainability initiatives, community improvement projects, and emerging leaders programs. Julia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
