Huntsman Architectural Group Announces Promotions

Huntsman Architectural Group announces promotions in the firm’s San Francisco and New York offices including four Senior Associates – Iris Chan, Elvira Gershengorn, Alaina Ladner, and Rahul Pathare, as well as four Associates – James Johnson, Alexis Kaloyanides, Eric Nelson, and Carmen Seger. “We are pleased to elevate these individuals based on their leadership and creativity, and their contributions to making Huntsman a great place to work," shares President and CEO Sascha Wagner, FIIDA AIA LEED AP. "Each of them are actively engaged in evolving our firm’s practice and expanding our client partnerships to deliver meaningful projects."
 
A designer and project manager in the firm's San Francisco office, Iris Chan, LEED AP ID+C has been promoted to Senior Associate. Her clients include Delta Dental of California, CBRE, and Vornado Realty Trust. Iris received a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. She joined Huntsman in 2008.
 
Promoted to Senior Associate, Elvira Gershengorn, LEED AP is a senior designer with over 15 years of experience collaborating with notable clients including Informed.co, Artisan Partners, and Thor Equities. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and joined Huntsman in 2015.
 
A registered Architect, Alaina Ladner, LEED AP ID+C WELL AP was promoted to Senior Associate. Her clients include Vanbarton Group, Morgan Creek Ventures, and YouTube. A Huntsman team member for 14 years, Alaina received her Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
 
Promoted to Senior Associate, Rahul Pathare, LEED AP ID+C is a Project Manager with over 16 years of experience in corporate interiors and building repositioning projects. His clients include the World Economic Forum, Kaiser Permanente, and Sheppard Mullin. He received a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Bombay in Mumbai, India.  Rahul joined Huntsman in 2010.
 
With more than 15 years of experience in architectural and interior design, James Johnson has partnered with notable clients including Forbes Media, Colliers International, and Shorenstein Properties. James received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon and joined Huntsman in 2015. He has been promoted to Associate.
 
Promoted to Associate, Alexis Kaloyanides, NCIDQ LEED GA joined the firm in 2016 and has partnered with clients including Bauer Media, Kobre & Kim, and Vornado Realty Trust on tenant improvement and building repositioning projects. She received a Master of Science in Interior Design from the Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
 
Eric Nelson joined the firm in 2006 and has been promoted to Associate. He actively participates in managing administrative resources for the firm’s three offices, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Sonoma State University.
 
With more than seven years of experience as a project designer for notable clients including Google, Aquent, and Weebly, Carmen Seger, LEED GA has been promoted to Associate. Carmen joined Huntsman in 2014 and received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati.
