Huntsman again partnered with Source International to reimagine their Chicago showroom as a library, a place to gather, reflect, and connect. The concept began with books in motion: stacked, layered, collected. Chromia, Source's new chair, inspired the visual direction, and architectural bookshelves anchor the floor and carry the seating collection, each piece introduced like a title on a shelf.

Through a collaborative design process, the team built a sensory-driven palette of dark wood tones, rich upholsteries, warm ambient lighting, and layered rugs and textile details. Guests move from one chapter to the next: fantasy, history, poetry, biography, science, culinary, graphic, mystery. Each is a lived-in environment expressed through material, color, and tone, from bold pattern to moody depth to quiet, tactile calm. The result is a showroom that reads as a collection of stories, featuring new introductions alongside heritage pieces, and makes the case for furniture as something that shapes how people feel in a space
