This Commercial Real Estate firm desired a new space reflective of their growing position in the marketplace. The client's goal was simple but ambitious: creatively transform a full floor conventional office space into a dynamic workplace that serves as a unifying office for the region’s agents and employees, embodies the company brand, and takes advantage of the dramatic bay views.

The resulting design enhances the geometries inherent in the floor plan through brand colors, lighting, and acoustical treatments, as well as purposeful angles in circulation paths. Distinctive architectural detailing and graphic patterns in casework, window film, and ceilings further reinforce the geometric play. Abundant natural light as well as elegant materials and furnishings complete the transformation from corporate to “cool and comfortable”. The result is a collaborative work environment that is on-brand and makes a lasting impression on visitors and staff.
