The design takes a residential approach. Warm tones, light woods, polished metal, and brand-anchored accent colors form a palette that reads classic and tailored, while comfortable, softly scaled furnishings give the floor the ease of a well-appointed home rather than a corporate interior.

Reception sets the tone on arrival. A custom Lucite bookcase, integrated with the Golub logo, holds the firm's awards and plaques and reads as refined furniture before it registers as a display case.

The plan prioritizes flexibility and movement. Collaborative zones and impromptu gathering areas are distributed throughout, and a generous pantry anchors the social life of the office. Its central bar is the focal point: the overlapping form is sized to hold catered food, gather a crowd, and let people pull up a stool to catch a game, often all at once.

Artwork from the family's personal collection hangs throughout the office, carrying the firm's history into a space designed for its next chapter.
