Upon acquiring this 16-story historic office building located within Midtown Manhattan, the new owners wished to reposition the property attract higher profile tenants and optimize leasing rates. The transformation begins with updates to the façade and a new illuminated canopy to improve street presence and create a dramatic impression at night.

Inside the new lobby, a backlit feature wall and light material palette provide a modern and inviting experience. A new reception desk, wood pall paneling, and glowing ceiling complete the more elegant atmosphere. An element of surprise, the entire panel above each elevator acts as a call lantern through clever backlighting.
