Lithium
With its new headquarters, Lithium set out to attract and retain top talent in a competitive technology marketplace and promote its commitment to communicating client success stories through social media. The office prominently incorporates Lithium’s visual brand via large wall graphics depicting the company’s purpose and mission.  In order to maintain a high level of connectivity, technology is embedded throughout, including high-tech presentation tools in the briefing center and real time performance metrics streaming across monitors in open work areas.

Work environments range from private to highly collaborative, low to high-tech, and casual to formal. To encourage collaboration, most walls are writeable surfaces. Glazed conference rooms and touchdown areas allow daylight and views for all occupants while visually connecting work groups. In a nod to the building’s historic past, the elevator lobbies are complete with crown moldings and chandeliers, echoed by a tin ceiling in the “living room” – a space used for informal client meetings.
