We are pleased to announce that Lloyd L. DesBrisay, AIA has returned to Huntsman, joining the firm's New York office as Senior Project Architect. “Lloyd's passion and thought leadership will advance the firm’s presence in multiple market sectors. His prolific career in architecture, design, and historic preservation is a great complement to our growing practice,” said Sandra Tripp. Managing Director of Huntsman's New York office. Lloyd brings nearly 30 years of experience in design and administration of commercial, historic restoration, technology, theater, retail, residential, and institutional projects worldwide. Among his proudest accomplishments are the award-winning restorations of Louis Kahn's seminal Yale University Art Gallery's museum building and the historic Friedman Theatre (originally called the Biltmore Theatre) on Broadway in New York City. Prior to rejoining Huntsman, Lloyd practiced at several renowned firms. He is a licensed architect in New York, California, and Connecticut and he received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley
