Gunlocke Showroom
Nestled in a rooftop pavilion of a mixed-used development, the Gunlocke showroom offers panoramic views of downtown San Francisco and abundant daylight. Looking to reuse as much of the original build out and to capitalize on the site conditions, Huntsman designed an open and light-filled retail environment that reflects the Gunlocke brand and that stayed within a constrained budget. Shallow window bays were repurposed as tiered displays for chairs, while the interior of the space provides more room for systems furniture. A central skylight becomes a focal point as in pours natural light into a fabric swatch gallery for HBF Textiles, who shares the showroom with Gunlocke. Both brands have distinctive showroom floors on either side of the space and share amenities like a boardroom, catering kitchen, and workspaces located in the center.
