275 Battery Street
Converting the lobby of 275 Battery from a transitional space to a building amenity creates an improved visitor experience, enhances retail opportunities, and better reflects the way tenants work in collaborative settings today.

The solution involves opening a café space along one entire side of the lobby. Seating arrangements extend into the lobby itself, create a hospitality setting for visitors and tenants to enjoy a snack or beverage. White lacquered wall panels and a new ceiling and lighting solutions transform a ponce dark entry experience into a place to linger.  When a larger conversation ensues, a new conference center is steps away. New directory signage and renovated elevator lobbies complete the experience.
