Before the law firm of Greene Radovsky Maloney and Share selected the 39th and 40th floors at 4 Embarcadero Center, Huntsman conducted an expansive building search, performed fit and space planning, and evaluated multiple building features, systems, opportunities and challenges to assist and support the client. Supported by Huntsman’s code expertise and strategies, GRM&S successfully negotiated landlord cost responsibility for a wide-range of tenant floor compliance upgrades. Creating two floors from the atrium, the design team was able to provide space to house the firm’s library and collection of art and sculpture. The main lobby on the top floor spills into the double-height gallery, with panoramic views of the City and Bay canvassing a terrace off the library.
