RREEF is a division of Deutsche Bank Real Estate providing full services in real estate investment. RREEF manages pension fund real estate investments for over 200 corporate, public and international clients. The design of their new office on Park Avenue needed to reflect tradition and a sound financial presence. The design introduces contemporary lines and finishes to balance some of the traditional pieces the client brought to the space and create an open office plan. Workstations feature partitions with staggering heights to provide both privacy and visibility. Glass walls and doors line conference rooms to bring daylight into the reception and lobby.
