With the opportunity to relocate its headquarters to a brand new building, Redwood Trust moved its offices into a former technology tenant’s space which had expansive height and sweeping views of Marin County’s landscape. Wanting their offices to reflect the firm’s culture and celebrate its growth, the clients retained Huntsman to create an interior that would engage open communication amongst their guests and staff. Open workstations bring together project teams and glass-framed conference rooms open onto the main floor with revolving doors. The main conference room features an adjacent lounge for visiting clients to conduct business while they feel at home.
