The projects for this financial services firm encompass approximately 200,000 square feet of space located on eight floors at 120 Montgomery Street and at 88 Kearny Street in San Francisco and a satellite office in Menlo Park. Huntsman successfully integrated the complex and demanding programmatic and technological requirements with a strong design identity for this new and fast-growing company. The project also provided for the ergonomic and functional needs of the user groups in order to create an efficient and comfortable work environment that would also support the goals and needs of the business.
