A resource for individual investment professionals, Conifer Securities located space for its corporate offices in the newly renovated Ferry Building. The firm hired Huntsman to develop new offices that complement the bay views and updated interiors of the historic building. The design team created a program that would work with Conifer’s space needs for internal staff as well as for sub-tenants that would share offices and resources. Huntsman developed a spatial kit-of-parts package that allows for easy reconfiguration of trading floor space. Permanent spaces include a pair of conference rooms that feed off of public areas, private offices, main lobby and reception, and administrative areas.
