This adaptive re-use project consists of developing approximately 45 residential units within an existing 7-story, historic building (erected 1909). The residential conversion includes floors two through seven, while the ground floor and basement will remain commercial space. Units will range from two-level townhomes on the second and third floors to single-story studios and one-bedrooms on the upper floors. The project includes a seismic retrofit and complete interior renovation and building engineering systems.
