Understanding clients’ “essential truths” requires research. Our creative method begins with a visioning process that explores the organizations business drivers as well as its cultural priorities. During this “deep dive” we seek to understand what makes our clients tick, and what their organization aspires to be. This defines the ideal employee and visitor experience for built spaces, which then becomes the roadmap for designing an environment that truly reflects our clients’ brand.
