Huntsman has completed a range of services from a due diligence study to a green building audit for this 3-story, 45,000sf historic structure which recently had been converted from industrial to commercial office use. As the building architect, Huntsman provides the building owner with fit plans for prospective tenants and has designed upgrades for the common areas and base building, including a roof deck and new building facade. Most recently, Huntsman planned and designed new offices for the building's anchor tenant. On the southeast corner of the building, the original loading dock was transformed into a storefront to house a future café.
